Gelleråsen Arena, also known as Karlskoga Motorstadion, is Sweden’s oldest permanent racing circuit, located near the town of Karlskoga. Opened in 1950 and updated over the years, it currently measures 2.4 km with 11 corners. It hosted historic events like non-championship Formula 1 and Formula 2 races in the 1960s and now holds competitions such as the STCC and the Bike Week. The circuit also offers trackdays for enthusiasts and features a modern karting track inaugurated in 2023 by Prince Carl Philip of Sweden.
In terms of motorsport solutions, this centre is equipped with a light signalling system, 4 FLAG system, penalty display, remote control and software supplied by Pixelcom.
