You are invited to register on our platform when you decide to register by accessing any of the karting tracks in our customer network. Thanks to our platform you will be able to have access to reports on the results of the races in which you participate in any of the karting tracks of our network of clients. In each Karting you will be asked for your username and password again, and you must also accept the terms and conditions of each circuit in which you decide to participate.
If you are a karting owner and have requested information about our services by filling in the contact form on any of our websites, you have been guided here to accept the terms and conditions as a user of these web portals.
Finally, if you have been guided here by downloading our APP, you should also know all the sections common to all user profiles as well as the specific ones that regulate the terms and conditions of the users of the APP.
Ownership of the Portal
In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and electronic commerce (hereinafter, LSSI), we inform you that the owner of the registration platform to which the user has been directed through a digital kiosk located in any of the karting tracks associated with our system, as well as the websites “http://pixelcom.es/ ”,“ http://pixelmotorsport.com/ ” , “ https://www.pixeltiming.com/ ”, “https://www.pixelsport.es/ ”, (hereinafter, and indistinctly for all of them, THE WEB), and of the mobile application (hereinafter, APP) in whose process of download you have been guided to this electronic document, it is the entity that is identified below:

Prior warnings
There are conditions within this LEGAL NOTICE that refer to the use of a certain service, and affect solely and exclusively the relationship established between PIXEL and the USERS of said services, not affecting the rest of the USERS who do not register in them. The fact of accepting conditions of service at the time of formalizing the registration of the USER does not imply assuming any obligation at that time. Said obligations will not come into effect until the USER effectively decides to use the service in question.
Conditions of use of THE WEB
Access to THE WEB and / or APP attributes the condition of USER (hereinafter, unless otherwise stated, USER will be used interchangeably for either of the two services) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions established in this LEGAL NOTICE. These conditions are intended to regulate both the making available of the information and the possible commercial relationships that, where appropriate, arise between PIXEL and the USERS.
If the USER decides to use any of the services managed by THE WEB or the APP, they must expressly and previously accept all the terms and conditions included in this LEGAL NOTICE and in the PRIVACY and COOKIES policies, therefore, if the USER does not agree with each and every one of the established conditions, they must abstain from their use.
PIXEL reserves the right to modify or update in whole or in part the content of this LEGAL NOTICE, taking into account any possible changes in the applicable legislation and regulations. Each new version of the LEGAL NOTICE will be effective from the date of its publication on THE WEB. The USER must review its content in each access made. If the USER does not agree with any change that may occur, please do not use THE WEB or, where appropriate, the APP.
It is allowed to establish electronic links directed to THE WEB as long as they do not alter, falsify, limit or modify in any way the content or presentation of the pages that make up THE WEB as They have been designed by PIXEL.
PIXEL does not assume responsibility for the content of third party websites to which THE WEB establishes links. If at any time there is evidence of the illegality of all or part of its content, the link established to said website will be automatically deleted.
Responsibility of PIXEL
PIXEL will be liable for the damages that the USER may suffer as a result of the use of THE WEB and / or APP, provided that said damages are directly attributable to a malicious act or negligent of PIXEL, and in the performance of the USER there is no fault or negligence. In any case, there will be no malicious or negligent action on the part of PIXEL when it proves that it has complied with the legally established demands and requirements and the other care and diligence required by the nature of the service provided.
The information society services offered on THE WEBSITE and not subject to prior contracting are provided to the USER without any requirement of any compensation. They only entail for the USER the obligation to comply with the rules of use established in this LEGAL NOTICE. PIXEL does not undertake, therefore, to comply with certain levels of availability of THE WEB or to adopt specific security measures. Likewise, PIXEL may suspend, withdraw or partially or totally cancel the services not subject to contracting at any time and without the need for prior notice. In the event of such cancellation, it will not affect the services that are the subject of prior contracting that will follow their pertinent course in accordance with the agreement with said USERS.
The Internet connection necessary for access to THE WEBSITE or correct functioning of the APP is in no case provided by PIXEL, being the responsibility of the USER. The USER is informed that communications through open networks are not secure. It is the USER’s responsibility to adopt all appropriate technical measures to reasonably control these risks and avoid damage to their equipment, loss of data or theft of confidential information. For these purposes, it is recommended to provide up-to-date systems for detecting malicious software, as well as keeping the security patches of the browser that you use to access THE WEB updated.
Obligations of the USER
In general, the USER is obliged to comply with the conditions established in this LEGAL NOTICE, as well as, where appropriate, the particular conditions that may apply in attention to the services requested through THE WEB and / or APP. - In the case of registering for the use of a service or the request of any product, it is obliged to properly guard the “username” or “email address” and the “password” that are provided to its use as a means of identifying and enabling access to said services, undertaking not to assign their use or to allow access to them by third parties, assuming responsibility for damages that may arise from improper use of them. . Likewise, it undertakes to notify PIXEL as quickly as possible of its loss or theft, or the mere suspicion of its use by a third party.
- Not to carry out advertising, promotional or commercial exploitation activities through THE WEB, nor to use the contents or information obtained through it to send publicity, send messages for direct sales purposes or for any other commercial purpose.
- Do not use false identities, or impersonate others in the use of THE WEB and / or APP, or in the use of any of the services offered therein, including the use of passwords or access codes of others users.
- Not to use, destroy, alter, disable or damage the data, information, programs or electronic documents of PIXEL, its suppliers or third parties.
- Not to introduce, store or disseminate through THE WEB and / or APP any content that infringes intellectual, industrial property rights or intimate, personal or confidential information of third parties, nor in general any data of which it will not show, in accordance with the current legislation, the right to make it available to a third party.
Communications
For any communication that is precise between PIXEL and the USERS, they should be directed by email to info@pixelcom.es, or by traditional mail to Calle Fortuna, nº 11, 12539 – Alquerías del Niño Perdido (Castellón).
PIXEL informs the USER that for the computation of all the periods specified in business days within THE WEB, Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays, as well as local holidays will be excluded. set annually for the town of Alquerías del Niño Perdido (Castellón).

PIXEL will not be responsible for possible damages or losses that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system, motivated for other people’s causes; of delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines, in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate interference beyond the control of PIXEL .
PIXEL will not be responsible for infringements committed by the USER that violate the rights of another user of THE WEB, the APP, or third parties, that affect copyright, trademarks , patents, confidential information and any other industrial or intellectual property rights.
